Sadie Mae Painting provides professional painting and related services. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or materials have been purchased, except where required by New York law. Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels a scheduled service prior to the start date, any refund eligibility will be determined based on notice provided, work already performed, and materials already purchased. Cancellation fees may apply.
Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work, you must notify Sadie Mae Painting within a reasonable time after completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns or correct the issue before any refund is considered.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for changes in scope, color selection, design preference, or decisions made after work has begun.
Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable New York State consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under New York law.
